Terms of Use

These terms are written in plain language, not legalese. They are not a substitute for legal advice.

What Kadi is

Kadi is a link in bio tool. It lets you create a public page at kadi.bio/username that lists your links, social profiles, and payment information. Anyone can view your page. You control what is on it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Kadi to:

  • Post illegal content, including content that violates Indian law or the laws of your country
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others. Do not post links to pirated content or use a brand name or logo you do not own
  • Impersonate another person, business, or public figure
  • Post misleading or deceptive content, for example a fake payment page designed to scam visitors
  • Spam or promote unsolicited services
  • Use Kadi in a way that disrupts or harms the service or other users

This list is not exhaustive. If something would obviously be harmful or dishonest, it is not allowed.

Your username

Your username becomes part of your public URL (kadi.bio/username). You may not claim a username you do not intend to use, claim a username that matches a well-known brand or person you are not affiliated with, or choose a username from our reserved list. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that are squatted, impersonating, or violate these terms, with or without notice. If your username is reclaimed, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email.

UPI payment blocks

Kadi's payment blocks display your UPI ID or a payment link you provide. Kadi is not a payment processor and is not party to any transaction between you and your visitors. We have no visibility into payments made through your page. You are responsible for any obligations arising from payments you receive. Kadi charges no platform fee on UPI transactions. You keep 100% of what you earn.

Subscriptions and billing

Kadi Pro is an optional paid subscription at ₹1000 per year or ₹120 per month. Billing is handled by Razorpay. By subscribing, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service in addition to these terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you retain Pro access until then.

If a renewal payment fails, your account enters a 3-day grace period during which Pro features remain active. If payment is not recovered within the grace period, your plan reverts to Free. Your content is never deleted as a result of a plan change. Gated features simply stop applying.

All prices shown include applicable taxes where required. GST may apply to subscriptions for users in India. Razorpay will issue invoices and collect GST on our behalf where applicable.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at hello@kadi.bio within 7 days of the charge.

Service availability

Kadi is provided as is. We do not guarantee any specific uptime, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. For serious violations (illegal content, impersonation, fraud), we may act immediately without prior notice. For less severe violations, we will try to notify you and give you a chance to fix the problem first.

Your content

You own the content you create on Kadi. By posting it, you give us permission to store and display it as part of operating the service. We do not claim any ownership of your profile, links, or any creative content you create.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kadi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which, for free accounts, is zero).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
